About Us

The Installer – Our lead install tech is Donald “DJ” Oakes. He has been in the electronics industry for 20 years. DJ worked for Best Buy for all that time and was a home theater installer for them, for 17 years. While it was a good company to work for, God saw fit that it was time for him to move on from there. He loves being able to make your technology dreams come true. He’s covered the Onslow, Duplin, Pender, and Carteret Counties for the past 17 years. Ask your neighbors and friends about him. He may have done work for them. If they can’t remember him, just ask if he said that he’s “Too blessed to be stressed!”

 

The Brains – The brains behind the operation is Misty Oakes. DJ and Misty have been married since 2005. Misty has been a homemaker, homeschool teacher, ran a couple of small businesses, and a childcare worker. When DJ was separated from his position at Best Buy, they, together, determined that it was God’s Will for Misty and DJ to start this business. After many prayers and reliance on Him, they decided to take on this next step, together. When you call to schedule a service, Misty most likely will be the one you will talk to.

 

The Help/Muscle – Donnie and Noah are Misty and DJ’s two oldest sons. When taking on the challenge to start their own business, they knew that DJ would need help. One of these awesome young men might be on the job with DJ, depending on the size of your TV.

 

The Family – Misty and DJ are also blessed to be parents of 3 other sons. Once they are each of age, they might be joining DJ on some jobs, as well.
